Who is the Media Manager


The media manager is an expert in digital media, finding exciting ways to (amp)lify client content by strategizing and executing sophisticated media programs.


A day in the life might include things like:


  • Providing oversight and media management for new paid search and paid media c(amp)aigns and aiding in the creation of paid media/search marketing initiatives – including YouTube Ads, paid social c(amp)aigns, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display Ads, and Programmatic ads.
  • Offering strategic insights and recommendations during weekly team or client calls and monthly client reporting calls – including relevant metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and KPIs.
  • Monitoring and evaluating paid search and paid media results and performance in line with best practices.
  • Managing the creation and deployment of keyword lists, audience targets, and first-party lists, and their deployments.
  • Balancing the demands of multiple clients and workflows, communicating, and engaging with internal teammates to streamline efficiency.
  • Leading on go-forward media strategies and executions and communicating with clients as a confidence-inspiring subject (matter) expert.

What do You Need?


  • 4+ years relevant experience in digital media management, with strong experience in YouTube and social media buying
  • Paid search experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a client-facing capacity when needed
  • Google Ads certification is a plus
