The Farmers Bank reached out to to (spark) to help understand their diverse audiences. With this information, we helped them provide one website for all demographics.


The new banking site needed to be ADA compliant, and more organized to not overwhelm the user, while also providing a more personalized experience. The end goal was to drive engagement to open bank accounts.

(spark) created a moodboard and personas to act as guides for the new The Farmers Bank website. In order to convey the caring community bank that The Farmers Bank provides, (spark) used the information gathered from the discovery to design a website that speaks to all users.



Through persona development, we discovered men and women, ages 18-80+ were visiting the site, therefore they were all considered in how they might approach each portion of the banking process. The new website is redesigned with user experience in mind, including a personalized experience based on location and verbiage.
